The support and maintenance covers technical support for up to 5 accidents, bug fixes, and all upgrades during the maintenance term, including free upgrades to new major versions and significant maintenance releases.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

• You can renew your license maintenance at any time prior to the maintenance expiration date. The new maintenance term starts from the end day of the current maintenance term.
  
• The maintenance renewals cannot be applied to already expired maintenance. To reinstate an expired maintanence, you would need to purchase a license upgrade.
