Every 24x7 installation is covered by a separated license, no matter in which mode you run the software. So in order to use 24x7 on 2 computers (for example, for 1 master and 1 agent) you would need 2 licenses with 2 different serial numbers. The trial version doesn't check the license in order to allow the trial process : I am trying to set up a remote agent using 3.1.0, but when I start the remote : agent I get the following dialogue box: Sorry, your license does not : include 24x7 Remote Agents, Please contact SoftTree Technologies to : upgrade your license. : I wasn't aware that this was neccessary.
