The actual message text usually includes more characters then then you specify in the job trigger. There are leading and trailing spaces, end-of-lines and other non-visible characters. I suggest that you use wildcards in the message and subject parameters to make it work.
For now try specifying asterisk "*" (without quotes) for the message and will see it can find message with any text. : Hello,
