Post E-mail Watch Job Reply with quote

Hello,
we are using a demo version of 24x7 to set up an e-mail watch job.
It seems like that 24x7 does not read the text of the e-mail, but only the subject.
In fact only using an empty text the job starts. Is there something that we are doing wrong or missing?
24x7 rel. 3.4.22 is installed on a Windows 2000 workstation with SP4 and Outlook 2000 SR-1.
Thanks,
Angelo Amodio

The actual message text usually includes more characters then then you specify in the job trigger. There are leading and trailing spaces, end-of-lines and other non-visible characters.

I suggest that you use wildcards in the message and subject parameters to make it work.
For now try specifying asterisk "*" (without quotes) for the message and will see it can find message with any text.
