There are helpful hints about the hotkeys assigned to some menu items when you open that menu. However, their alignment is inconsistent; in some menus they're aligned to the left, in others to the right, and a few are not aligned at all.

This is not normal, seems to be related to menu customizations. Is that a custom menu, or default menu with customized hot keys?

The two screenshots show the View and Search menus in SQL Editor. Some hotkeys are customized; some aren't. Maybe alignment and customization are indeed correlated.
For example, all of the hotkeys shown in View can be customized (and most likely they are), some in the Search menu like Find... (Ctrl+F) are not customizable, and are aligned to the right. I'm not sure, haven't checked them all.
