SMTP sending attachment in mail

I can send a mail created in the event menu (start,error,finish) via SMTP.
when I try to use sendMailWithAttachment , I get a Message saying that the mail adr. is wrong.
the error code-
The mail server doesn't like the sender name, have you set your mail address correctly?
if I don't use sendMailWithAttachment, the mail gets through. If I use the possibility in the events menu (start,error,stop)

That error message could be triggered if there are no other explanations.

Does your email server allow emails with attachments sent by automated processes? The type of the attachment you're trying to send?
