[SA 7.3.435 Pro] - FR: SQL Editor: Execution indicator |
|
An indicator on the tab that would show that there are running queries in the tab could come in handy (by changing its color or something, the point is to make it conspicuous at a glance). Also, it would be great if there was an option to toggle the scope of the hotkey for Close All Assistant window between global and local to active tab.
Closing multiple result sets or cancelling an active query in the current tab is much easier using the hotkey instead of closing them one by one but unfortunately this has the immensely undesirable side-effect of instantly killing all the queries in every the other tab as well.

Very good suggestions. Thank you so much. I'm going to submit them as enhancement requests

It already warns if a tab with an active query is about to be closed. Do you have any status updates on the indicator?

No updates yet. There is a ticket in the system for that kind of enhancement #SA0027706 with accepted status, but no notes indicating when it will be developed.
