Hi,

SQL Assistant is 32-bit application and it works with 32-bit applications only.

If you want to use to work with MS Access queries, you can use the full-featured SQL development environment packaged with SQL Assistant, run sqleditor.exe, when prompted for database connection, select MS Access as the database type and pick your Access file.

The error message indicates that you likely have multiple MS Access ODBC drivers installed. the first one is Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) which is selected by default and that one doesn't know how to work with .ACCDB file, for which you need a different kind of ODBC driver Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)

On the Connection dialog, click the Options button, and then in the ODBC profiles (so called DSN names) and drivers drop-down list select Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb), or alternatively choose a pre-configured ODBC profile for your .ACCDB file.
