Which Solaris version is that? Does it support system tray icons?

Are you running it directly on the system or using some remote access application like Reflection, Xceed, or something else?

				Solaris:

SunOS hostname 5.10 Generic_147440-09 sun4u sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise

I'm not sure about tray icons. For sure there's no desktop environment. Servers are, of course, off site. We are connecting with putty and using X servers. We tested with Xming and Reflection X.

I think we know what's causing the issue. In your environment there is no system tray interface as you run it remotely, as a result, the GUI cannot start in the scheduler mode, it crashes while trying to prepare an icon with a menu for system tray.

We will send you some instructions for what to do next from the support account.
