Do you mean there is no report_no124.html file inside zip? What's inside that file? The email message indicates zip file is 130 KB

I found the archive. I have to do right click, save as, save in the machine, then right click, extract here, and that does show the file. I do clic in open, do not show the file.

Perhaps your Outlook is configured not to allow opening ZIP and/or HTML attachments inside the application
