Running jobs on remote agent results in long delay

I'm running the 24x7 Scheduler (4.3.297) on AIX 6.1 64bit and a remote agent also on AIX 6.1 64bit I have a job that kicks off from the scheduler and runs when it receives a semaphore file.

It kicks off at 11:23:24 AM and contacts the remote agent at 11:23:25 AM. In the remote agent logs, the remote job doesn't start until 12:09:19 PM and the actual job starts at 12:18:50 PM. The job completes at 01:18:41 PM but doesn't report the remote job is finished until 02:08:58 PM.

Has anyone else seen this happen? I can post log files if needed.

Please send the log files (from both sides) to support.AT.softtreetech.com (translate the address, of course.)
Also, please include the following:

-mention any time discrepancy between the two machines
-screen capture of remote host profile properties dialog
-output of remote agent machine process list while job is running (ps -ax, or whatever the AIX equivalent is)
-are you using PAM or native authentication?
-what mode are both the master and remote agent running in?

Let's start with that, and we'll see what we can figure out.
