I saw that you support Win 2008 so will probably run on 64-bit, but wanted to confirm. The 24x7 code is 32-bit so on a 64 platform it stills run as a 32-bit application. To the best of my knowledge there are no issues with that. If you take an existing system, move it to Win 2008, set proper user permissions, everything should continue running normally. You should keep one thing in mind, if you use database connections and automation, please ensure to have 32-bit versions of database client software installed.
