"@V"sender"" not getting email address??

Hi,

I would like to get the email address from the sender and the job is trigger by email. When the email arrives, it reads the email but cannot get the email address??

DIM email, string, "@V"sender""
DIM subject, string, "@V"subject""
DIM attachments, string, "@V"attachments""

messagebox (email)

When the message appear, there is nothing and seems the email address is empty? Why's that? I am using Outlook client. Thanks!

Does running this job detached or non-detached make any difference?
Which version of 24x7 are you running?

I tried using detached or non-detached but it make no differenece. I am using version 3.4.13

Version 3.4.13 doesn't support this particular macro parameter, that's why it doesn't work for you. You should be running versions 3.5.2 or later version in order to use @V"sender" macro.
