I have added a target, the SQL Developer, but it doesn't work, any idea?

If you mean Oracle SQL Developer, then it will not work. Oracle SQL Developer is a Java-based application, which doesn't support Windows controls and events and doesn't play by Windows rules. SQL Assistant supports native Windows applications and/or applications with embedded native-code edit controls (such as for example, Eclipse)
