There are a few features not available through the web console. I am logging in with an administrator account. For example, the "Job Monitor" page, after selecting a job, does not have the option avilable to Kill, Hold or Release a job. The only options are Refresh and Close.

Where is this controlled? It looks like the security is full for the administrator group.

Please check the attached image. If your screen looks different ,you must be running an older version.

My firewall is blocking the site the image is stored on. I cannot see it.

We are using "24x7 Web Console Version 4.2 build 275".

And you say you don't see Kill Job, Hold Job and Release Job buttons at the top of the Job Monitor screen?

I see them but they are greyed out/disabled.

They are context sensitive. Use the radio-buttons in the left most column to select a job. For example, if that job is running or queued you will see the Kill button enabled.

Right, I select the radio button and nothing changes.

Can you attache sample screenshot demonstrating this issue? I need to see some important details such how job name appears in the top part, and some other minor things...
