You were right |

Hi,
I made some more tests and I am starting to have the product working.
I made some error creating dependencies so that the flow created by the job dependencies editor conflicted with job configuration.
We are back on the road to get the product.
Thanks

Hi,
In case the security is not enabled, you can use any valid local system user account. The command is
connect your_local_user your_local_password port
In case the security is enabled and the user list is entered, then you can use only the names you have in the Users file. In all cases for the password you should specify your regular password known to the OS.

Please temporarily rename the Users file (located in 24x7 home directory) and check if you get the same error.
On the Linux system, if you use the default "FTP" authentication method, please ensure ftpd daemon is running and it can be used for the user authentication. In case you selected "PAM" authentication method, please verify 2 things: (1) all .PL files in 24x7 home directory have execute permissions; (2). Standard PAM modules are installed on the system.
On the Windows system, please verify you enter user id in correct domain\user format or machine\user format, and not just the name part.
