1. If the application is not visible, it doesn't mean it is not launched. Check the tasks list.

2. Zero is the exit code returned by your application, RunAs simply passes it through. If the application quits without doing anything or reporting errors and still returns zero (success), it is a problem with your application.

That is not the case. My applications run with RunAs on Server2003 32-bit and Windows XP; My applications run WITHOUT RunAs on Server2003 32-bit, 64-bit and Windows XP; It seems as if no application will run with RunAs 2.2.1 on Server2003 - for example OutlookExpress 6.0 (msimn.exe) will not run on Server2003 64-bit with RunAs...

I think you are looking in a wrong place. 64-bit or 32-bit, makes no difference.

Make a batch file that prints some output to the console or file and run it using RunAs. In this case you will have something to verify. When you run graphical applications using RunAs with default switches, you cannot see them because they run on the invisible user desktop, but you should be able to see them in the Task List if you check Show All option in the Task Manager.

Buy the way, are you using /B switch in the command line?
