zLinux Compatible?

Is 24x7 scheduler zLinux compatible?

Thanks for the quick response. Is it VMWare (virtual server) compatible? Is there different pricing or upgrading that occurs moving from the Windows version to zLinux? Do you have a document explaining how to setup a failover or clustered environment? Just to confirm, I do mean "zLinux" with the "z".

In most cases licenses can be freely swapped when migrating to a different platform. There is an abstraction layer that allows running 24x7 on both virtual and physical machines. Yet the fail-over mechanism in Multi-platform Edition is different and involves some hardware elements such as a need to link master and standby machines using a serial cable. I don't know whether that method would work with VMware. The scheduler failover is described in the "High Availability" chapter in the on-line help installed with the software.
