When I start 24x7 Scheduler application, it shows me the following error: Invalid Job database file. Unknown format! Is There a way to fix this file? I have 24x7 Scheduler 3.4.26 running in a PC with Windows XP. Thanks for your attention! Fri Jul 18, 2008 2:43 pm SysOp Site Admin Joined: 26 Nov 2006 Posts: 7963 This sounds like the file has been corrupted or most likely accidentally overwritten by some other application. Open this file in WordPad and check what you get in the beginning of the file. Many applications write some distinctive signature. An any case you would need to restore a copy of this file the last backup or start from scratch if no backup is available. To create a new job database file use File-> New -> Job Database File menu. Create at least one new folder and then new jobs.
