Does this happen when doing login/out in the same browser instance? Does closing and reopening web browser help?

Generally, no. Occassionally restarting IE will allow login again, but more often than not it won't.

I couldn't find a quick answer for this issue or a known solution. Please give me some time to look into this.

				Still no solution? Same here.

Web console hangs very often with the "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError" message. No matter how high JAVA memory parameters are configured. Sometimes its working - sometimes not.

I can assure you this issue is not forgotten. It is just there seem to be no quick solution and it is going to take a while to find out where and how to make some internal design changes not causing JVM to generate out of memory exceptions after which it cannot recover,
