Hi,
Do you have scheduled restart options enabled?
If you are not sure please check Tools/Options menu -> Miscellaneous tab

Do you know if it always happens on the same date and/or time or randomly? Are there any related entries in the scheduler job log or Windows Application event log around the time the process disappears? Any jobs running before that process disappear? Do you run non-detached jobs?

Append again last night only on one server. different time (This appends randomly) I have nothing that can help me in the scheduler job log or in the windows event log. Yes, some jobs was running before but they are setup to run every 10 minutes so... What is a non-detached job?

With very few exceptions all jobs should be set to run in detached mode so that they do not share memory or resources with the job engine. In other word run as separate processes. The detached mode is controlled by "detached" job property.
I also suggest for the time being to turn on the tracing global option in Tools/Options -> Log page to make the scheduler write more stuff to log files. This way, if it happens again you can check what the job(s) were doing exactly at the time of 24x7.exe crash.
