How do I schedule something to run quarterly?

I need a job to run, within 3 weeks after the end of the quarter. How to I do that? I don't see a quarterly option. Thanks.

In Multi-platform version, create an "inclusive" quarterly calendar, set the job to run daily and assign it to the created calendar

In Windows-only version you would need either to create a separate one-time job for every occurrence or create a daily job and develop a job script to check for the current day and run the main job part only if the current day is when you need to run the job.
