Again, maybe I just don't know how to do this one. Is there any way to change the font used in the intellisense window?
Also do you know if there are any future plans to support Scintilla Edit Window class More? They kind of work but it isn't nearly as smooth as Query Analyzer or SSMS. Popular apps that use this are:
Scite
Notepad++
Notepad2
Full documentation on the Scintilla Windows messages can be found at http://scintilla.sourceforge.net/ScintillaDoc.html.

Sorry, fonts cannot be currently changed, we have it on the radar as a future enhancement, but it is currently low on the list because not really many people asked for it.
As for "Scintilla" editor types, I will add it as an enhancement request. Right now we are trying to find a way to create hooks in newest editors used in Quest Toad products, which appear to be very cumbersome.
All editors that implement Windows standard editing functions using standard events and mechanisms can be easily registered by users, either manually via Options/New Target or using Ctrl+F5 hot key, These editors that go out of the standard Windows way, and do things on their own, are hard to hook and require internal implementation taking care of the editor specifics.
