Mail Send Error |
|
We have upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. After the upgrade 24x7 Scheduler cannot send email without user intervention. Each time a mail is triggered by "sendmail" command, the following prompt pops up
"A program is automatically trying to send email on your behalf. Do you want to allow this"
How do I disable this message? We have tried Outlook options but no where can we find this
Please HELP its urgent

The old forums have been converted to this new enhanced format with more features and more spam protection. The old converted messages have been inserted into the forum database from the back-end and as a result haven't been indexed. That's why the search function only finds newest messages. As an alternative for searching old messages you can use Google or Yahoo, just add word "softtree" as one of the search keywords following for by other search keywords.

URL is broken |
|
I've just run into this same problem with Outlook and the security popup. I found the note that stated:
Please check out messages in "how to disable outlook 2000 SP3 security" thread.
http://www.softtreetech.com/cgi_bin/sconfig.cgi?read=8874
But, when I click on the above URL it takes me to the general forum page and not the specific thread. Is there a way I can get to the "how to disable outlook 2000 SP3 security" thread? Thanks.
