Any idea how can I go about accepting an SSL Certificate?

Not sure what you mean by that. Please don't confuse SSH (secure shell) and SFTP (secure FTP) with regular FTP over SSL connection. 24x7 supports first 2, but doesn't support the last one. In the latest case you would need to use third party's command line utilities or perhaps use some COM object with VBScript jobs.

Okay - we apparently have the SSL then, because when we connect using ws-ftp,
it prompts us to accept a certificate then a session is initiated. thanks, though,
for the time.
