Hi,

I donwloaded the upgrade 3.4.26

When I install it, the installer shows version 3.4.23. Once installed, the version recorded in "About 24x7" shows version 3.4.23

Where can I get the actual version 3.4.26?

Are you sure you are running the right setup? Do you have "file caching" option enabled in your browser settings? Try deleting temporary internet files thn downloading again.

PS. The file on the web server is 3.4.26
