What is the minimum version required to run on a Windows 2003 Server ?

Are there any known compatibility issues with that version running as a remote agent on Windows 2003 with the Master
Scheduler and Console being on NT4 running version 3.4.16 ?

Any 3.2.x or later will run on 2003. To the best of my knowledge no issues specific to Windows 2003 have been reported so far.
