Master.log cannot be rotated. It should be disabled if you are not in troubleshooting mode. To disable that uncheck Tracing options in the Tools/Options menu, Log page and then restart the schedule. After restart you can safely delete the master.log file. To control the size of the schedule.log file use Maximum log size field that is also available in the Tools/Options menu, Log page. The default size is 3000 entries.
