My answer to the first question is definetelly yes.
My answer to the second question, I don't really know. You really got to try it. You can defintelly start Excel while the desktop is locked and have it run some macro with or without DDE. I just don't know if SAS will work, but on the other hand I don't see any reason why not. : Hi : If I lock my workstation using CTL-ALT-DEL, : 1.
