Upgraded from 3.4.22 to 3.4.23 and now JalScript.Execute
no longer works within VBScript with netscape mail.
I have to Kill the process in Queue monitor for the mail
to be sent or the job hangs at the JalScript. All other
Jal scripts still work.

I don't think the problem is in 3.4.23. Did you restarted your computer after upgrade? Please keep in mind that some files being in used at the time of the upgrade are only updated on computer restart.
