I'm having an issue with the Scheduler program. Whenever we re-start one of the machines or after a few days have passed, the Scheduler machine is not able to connect to the remote agents. I have to go into the Remote Agents window and do a test connection to force the two computers to talk to each other before the scheduler will stop running processes locally and start sending them out to the remote agent. Where can I find the option or tool that will force these connections to persist so long as the computers are on?

Disable hybernate mode in your computer power saving settings and enable only the monitor to go off.
