Currently I have about 41 jobs setup to run Perl scripts. All but about 7 are setup as asyncronous jobs. Early morning there are certain jobs that may have to wait an hour or so to run due to a necessary pre-existing condition. When this happens, 24x7 just locks up and you have to recycle the 24x7 service for them to start. We have tried recycling the 24x7 service at midnight and we even have these jobs running in their own job queue. What can I do?

A better thing would be to make job queues for each application and run all jobs synchronous. this has helped us enormously. the scheduler became totally stable after that.
