probably WSH is not installed

When trying to run vbs script I get the following error:
VBS Processing Error #2
ScriptCntrol class name not found, probably WSH is not installed.

VBScript:
Sub Main
msgbox "Hello World"
End Sub

vbs works fine when executed from the Desktop.
We downloaded and reinstalled script 5.6

History: Fan burned out and fried computer, trying to get scheduler
and scripts back on-line with new computer. Loosing productivity.

Yes, trace still shows same error as indicated in this thread..

Please check you have "ScriptControl" COM class registered on your system. You can verify this in any MS Office application (in the VB macro editor), or in any development tool like Visual Studio, Delphi, C++ Builder, etc... using the Object Browser tool.
If you don'have ScriptControl properly registered, download and run
