If you can send emails, you already have a web server setup. Start your email program, click Help menu and then search for configuring email server connection topics.
In that topic you can find where your email program stores email settings. Go back to your email program and lookup these options. If you use MAPI compatible client program such as Outlook, most likely you do not need to do anything in 24x7 as the email settings are already pre-configured. If you use SMTP you should start 24x7 and click Tools/Options menu.
