This version includes several fixes for bugs discovered in versions 3.4.8 to 3.4.10. Here are descriptions of fixed bugs.

1. Scheduler can hang on startup while initializing job queues. This can happen on systems with different date-time format settings for the system default and for the current user.
2. DirCreate does not support UNC directory names
3. JAL script does not recognize "True" and True as valid boolean values. However it recognizes "true", true, and TRUE. The same applies to "False", False, etc...
4. SyncFTPDir does not delete files, but reports them as successfully deleted. This happens for files whose names include spaces and other unusual characters. Starting with version 3.4.11 SyncFTPDir will attempt to delete such files and report an error if a file cannot be deleted.
