Post Scrolling in the Editor Reply with quote

I have a Logitech Optical Mouse with a middle scroll
button. I also have the latest 24x7 Scheduler (3.4.10a).
When I am using the editor, I am not able to scroll
down the script with my scrolling mouse button. In
the setup, the button is currently set to AutoScroll.
What do I need to do to get the Scheduler to recognize
my scrolling mouse button, when all other programs
scroll just fine?

I am using a Microsoft mouse with a scrolling weel and works just fine. I also tried non-optical Logitech mouse and it also works fine. Could it be something with the way your mouse software is configured? Some compatibility switch? Convertion of mouse events to keyboard events?

I've never been able to scroll the editor window with my scrolling mouse. I just figured that was a fact of life; are you saying it is supposed to work?

Upon further study, the problem happens when you turn
on the Use MS Office Compatible Scroll Only option
in the Mouse Properties for the Scroller. I turn this
option on to get proper scrolling in the MS Office
products which I use heavily. Does the editor comply
with MS Office Comatible Scrolling standards?

Mine works most of the time. Though I'm wary of using it
because it brings up a runtime error box concerning a memory error.
Closing the error dialog box shuts down my current session of 24x7,
and I have to restart the program (potentially losing work I've done
since my last file save).

I'll see if I can get a screen capture next time it happens.
