When I create a new job - if I select "create job from existing template" the pop-up box comes up but is empty.
It didn't used to be. I have rebooted the 24x7 server today - could an environment variable not be set properly ?

Please check that you have valid template.ini file in 24x7 home directory, also check there is Template subdirectory with template files in it.

they both seem to be there.

Please open template.ini in the notepad and check that it is valid, there is no bad "non-printable" characters and the file structure is ok.

By the way, can you see templates if you use "File/New/Job From Template" menu?

no bad characteers that I can see.
and no I can;t see anything if I use File, New Job From Template - the box is empty - ie there are no templates to select

have stopped and restarted 24x7 and now they appear - must be some glitch.
