Ignore - attempts to skip the current record and load the next one. Retry - stops job database loading and restarts it from the first record, giving you time to replace the job database file or to do some other things. Abort - stops loading the job database. Note the this message appears for every broken record, that's why you may get it many times. Usually job database gets corrupted when the system crashes or is turned off while writting the database file, or a disk error occurs. You can also get this message if you attempt to open job database file created in a more recent version of the scheduler. If you have a good backup, restore the file from backup, otherwise please send it to support@softtreetech.com and will try to repair it for you. : Hi : I am getting the following message when starting 24X7 : Job database file corupted (invalid job record number) : There are 3 options Abort, Retry, Ignore : clicking on Retry does nothing : clicking on Ignore just brings up the message box again : Abort loads the page , but the scheduled jobs are not there. : How can we reapir the databasefile.
