Does WebGetFile save the htm in a pure form? It appears that when the file is opened in a browser (IE) the page is clean. When a file saved in 24x7 using WebGetFile and then viewed, the htm has displaced text and htm tags scattered. Could there be a correcting feature on browsers not evident when saving pages directly using this JAL.

If you are trying to download a page with HTML frames?
If yes, you need to download each frame file separatelly.

If you are trying to dowload page with cascading style sheets, DHTML or other client site page modifications (browser side) you will need to take special care

Sent a message to your support this morning if my V2.4.1 requires upgrading. I think you now have V2.4.15 as the latest. Will an upgrade be required?

V2.4.15 is the latest maintenance upgrade for 24x7 version 2. The last available version is 3.4.0.
I highly recommend upgrading 2.4.1 to at least 2.4.15.
