I have a job using the "All Day" schedule. The "Repeat Every" is set to 15 minutes. Once I save the job it runs fine. If I shut down 24x7 and restart it, then that job is now disabled. I re-enable it, save and it just instantly disables itself. If I look at the properties, the "Advanced" button which sets the time range always goes back to 12:00-12:00. If I change this to 12:01-11:59 then the job will work. Why does it not stay working after 24x7 is restarted.

Check the job log. There you should find messages explaining why the job was disabled.

By the way, 12:00-12:00 is an invalid range if you want to run from noon to mid night.
You should enter either 12:00:00 PM to 11:59:59 PM or the opposite 12:00:00 AM 12:00:00 PM.
