I tried to using you Send Key Stroke functionality in 24x7 v3.
Can somebody can tell me if it work when I use 24x7 running as a service?

Most likely not. Keyboard and mouse events don't behave the same way. Service cannot also access applications running on the user's Desktop (unless service is run using LocalSystem account and "Allow service to interact with Desktop" option is enabled)
