We installed 24x7 Automation Suite 3.2.4 for the first time on a new Compaq Proliant ML350 Server. However, the application hangs up when a job attempts to execute. We have reinstalled the application a couple of times and receive the same result. We have the same application running on a Compaq Proliant DL360 and have not had this problem. Any suggestions? Does it hang on any job run or certan jobs only?
Do you run the job manually or it runs on schedule?
Did you setup all required job queues, agents, other pieces required by that job?

It hangs on any job.
Manually and scheduled
Yes.

In the 24x7 options:
Enable tracing "Tracing enabled" option
Disable "Job Execution Status Display"
Disable "Status Report (HTML)"
Disable "Logging to NT event log"

Shutdown 24x7.
Delete schedule.log file and all files from the Performance Data directory
Delete all files from the Queue directory and subdirectories

Start 24x7 and run any job. Please let me know what you get.
