Hi, I tring to zip a file with with this filezip command:

filezip "c:\a.zip","c:\autoexec.bat"

this not work. The a.zip file is create but with 0 byte.
I am using the version 2.4.14.

Please help.

Please check the error message in the job log. It should contain the error description.

There is no any error in the job log. The only message I have is one for "job started" and another on for "job finished".

Please could you try this:

filezip "c:\a.zip","c:\autoexec.bat"

because when I do this, a a.zip file is created but the autoexec.bat file in the zip is empty. I tried both from my worstation and from the server and I have the same problem. My workstation is at v2.4.14 and my server is at v2.4.10

I just tried that and works fine for me. What is the date and size of 24x7srv.dll in the 24x7 home directory? Do you have multiple copies of that file on your disk?

I have only one copy on each machine (workstation and server).
Both are same size.

Location: C:\Program Files\24x7 Scheduler 2.0
Size: 80.0 kb(81,920 bytes)
