I am testing 24x7 and have been rather pleased. However it just locked up and kicked me out and when I restarted the examples.dat file was empty. Can you tell me what happened and where my jobs have gone? I have been kicked out several times before while trying to run reports. It seems to get fussy when I run them to closely together. It locked up and I was kicked out this time after saving a new Job. Is this common?

Have you run VB jobs before your were "locked up and kicked ... out"?
How long does it take for reports to run (in average)? Do you have a lot of data for analysis? Please also check amount of free memory that you have before running reports?

If you don't have a copy of your examples.dat file, please email this file to support so we can try to repair it for you. By the way, the default file name provided with the trial version is Example Jobs.dat. Have you opened the right file?
