Post Multiprocessor apps using single processor Reply with quote

When I run a batch job that launches an exe job manually it uses both processors. When I let the scheduler run it, it uses only one processor. Why is this?

For internal thread synchronization reasons, every job is bound to a single CPU.
The started program inherits environment parameters of the job.
