The subject and the text of the message must match exactly to the subject and text specified for the email watch job. This includes all non-visible characters such as carriage returns and new lines, tabs, spaces, etc... 24x7 uses Notes search functions to perform exact search in Inbox for the specified message. Also, note that you cannot use wildcards in the subject and text as you can use with the MAPI interface. Try forwarding or exporting your Notes message to a text file so you can see the real message contents. you can also right click on the message in Notes and then select Properties from the popup menu. Take a look at the Subject and the Body fields in the message properties. : Mailsend works great and Notes email notification also. I am having problems : with the mail watch option.
