I've been tasked with finding a good job automation tool for my compnay.
As part of my due dilligence at finding the correct software, I need to consider the type of support offered.
What type of support is offered for your products other than Forums?
Do you have any type of phone support available?
If an item needs immediate attention, what is the expected turn-around time in a production environment?

Web based support is free.

Email and phone support is not. It requires purchasing support and maintenance option for your licenses renewable annually. Phone based and remote assistance support is available as part of our professional services. Please email to 'sales AT softtreetech.com' if you need more details (terms, cost, etc…)
