This happens when I click the save icon in a result set tab. When I init the data export by right-clicking a table and then choosing Export Data from Import/Export, Transform, Migrate submenu, it's even worse.

We failed to reproduce it so far.

In your video example the dialog demonstrates totally messed up graphics and extra/distorted text. Are you able to reproduce it on demand?
What kind of screen resolution and scaling factor do you use?

We think it's very likely that other dialogs are also impacted, as this garbled graphics issue cannot be a single dialog issue.
It's might related to system font settings for the selected default fonts or related to high DPI screen scales. That's why we're asking for more details on the current screen settings.

Another question, If using multiple monitors, could you please check all monitors are set to the same scaling level (e.g., all 100% or all 125%) to avoid such issues.
