[12.4.476 Pro] - Tooltip in Database Explore

The tooltips that pop up when hovering the cursor over items in the Database Explorer sometimes "forget" to pop up. That's a bit frustrating as they have some links that I cannot (or don't know how to) execute otherwise.

When that happens in an SE, it no longer works in Database Explore belonging to any of its tabs. Closing and reopening the DE or opening a new tab does not fix it. This isn't visible in the video but I have tried it several times. It occasionally hiccups back to normal working order, but usually it doesn't. Restarting SE seems to fix it reliably. Any hints on why this happens?

Thank you. We are aware of this issue, it seems to happen randomly. There is an open ticket for it, but we don't currently know how to reproduce it on demand, which is what our developers need in order to fix it.

If specific steps leading to that issue can be identified, we can fix it sooner rather than later. In order to debug it, we need to know how to reproduce it.
