[12.4.476 Pro] - BUG: Snippets and indentation |
There's something fishy with code inserted from snippets and indentation. Let's take this snippet as an example:
select 1;
select 2;
select 3;
When I insert its contents by filtering the snippets down and picking the one I want by clicking it with the mouse or selecting it in the popup an hitting enter on it, it works perfectly, regardless of the indentation level it was initiated on.
However, when I invoke it using the last character as the trigger, it does all kinds of weird stuff.
Check this short video here. The first few times I use either mouse click or hit enter to pick the snippet, it always puts the lines at the same (correct) indentation. But as soon as I start writing the snippet name in full to trigger it, the indentation of the first line is proper but all the subsequent lines are misplaced, sometimes by a single character (to the left), sometimes by a whole indentation level.
